The Defense Health Agency (DHA) Enterprise Intelligence and Data Solutions (EIDS) program required advanced technical, cloud, and data engineering support to enhance machine learning capabilities, continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, and data-driven decision-making within its Military Health System (MHS) Information Platform (MIP). As the prime contractor, 4S-Silversword Software and Services, LLC provided research, development, testing, and evaluation (RDT&E) expertise to develop minimum viable products (MVP) that establish CI/CD pipelines for software integration, develop Machine Learning as a Service (MLaaS) infrastructure, and build a virtual data environment within MIP. The firm supported technical research, data deidentification strategies, machine learning model development, and cybersecurity protocols, ensuring seamless interoperability across DHA’s IT portfolio.
